Carroll opened her popular lingerie shop, Bellefleur Lingerie Boutique in Seattle, Washington in December 2002.

Jennifer has received numerous press mentions and accolades, most recently in Seattle Metropolitan Magazine's "Best of City Shopping and Style" issue in 2008, and as "Best Place to Get a Bra Fitting" in a nation-wide search by Lucky Magazine. Her shop was nominated for the Best Euro-Flair Boutique by the industry in Milan, Italy.

Jennifer currently resides in Seattle with her husband Ryan and two children. She enjoys traveling, running and participating in local triathlons.
